Tower Inspection
- Checking condition of all tower members
- Measure and record all related measurements tower members
- Provide overall sketch of existing tower
- Checking tightness and bolts and nuts
- Tighten all bolts and nuts in accordance to specified torque
- Overall checking of tower condition from visual to detail measurement
Tower Modification
- Taking details measurement of all related tower members before fabrication.
- Preparation of shop drawing for fabrication purpose.
- Fabrication, prototyping and hot-dipped galvanising of tower spine and strengthening members.
- Assembling and installation of hot-dipped galvanising structural steelworks including all necessary bolts and nuts, splice joints and feeder.
- Relocation of lighting arrestor and installation of new grounding system if necessary.
- Relocation / Replacement of aviation obstruction light.
- Dismantle of existing unused antennas and structures.
